A Cozy Spot with Room for Improvement

My stay left me mixed emotions. Although the layout felt cramped and connectivity was lacking, I really enjoyed the nearby local diners offering delicious breakfast options. Remember to check your wifi connectivity beforehand. The fresh decor gives it charm despite a few hitches.

Fresh paint and decent furniture add a bit of flair to the rooms. The beds, while encased in plastic, still provide a decent spot for a quick nap after a long day of traveling.

The overall upkeep leaves something to be desired. The bathrooms, in particular, could use a thorough cleaning. Showers appeared dirty, and the amount of towels and toilet paper was noticeably low-definitely not ideal for a longer stay. The mattress felt hollow and the blanket had a tear, which might be bothersome for some. Wi-Fi and phone service were inconsistent. This place might work for a quick overnight pit stop, but not for an extended adventure.

convenient location

Just a top selection for a city break in Riverside with very good value for money. The mattress felt a bit hollow, but the location was convenient for my plans. Bring your own towels, just in case.

Great location and soothing pool!

I thoroughly enjoyed the soothing pool area and found the rooms to be quite clean, which made my stay very pleasant. The staff were also very accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries.

When I raised the concerns, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting I should just leave if I didn't like it. I ended up leaving after just 30 minutes and seeking accommodations elsewhere. On a positive note, the home-baked Alentejo bread would have been a pleasant offering if the stay had improved.

i stayed here for a couple of nights and it definitely exceeded my expectations compared to my last stay in riverside. the location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, and the room was surprisingly spacious and well-kept. the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made the experience more pleasant.
